2. Merchant of Record & Payment Processing
All payments made through this site are processed by Paddle, our official Merchant of Record. This means Paddle handles billing, invoicing, VAT compliance, and chargebacks on our behalf.
When purchasing a subscription, your billing statement and invoice will reference Paddle.com Market Ltd, not IndustraReach directly.

4. Subscriptions & Renewals
All plans are sold as monthly subscriptions, and renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.
Cancellations must be made through the email address or dashboard provided during purchase. Upon cancellation, access to services will continue until the end of the paid term.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services and performance-based planning, we do not offer refunds once a billing cycle has begun. If you believe a billing error occurred, please contact Paddle directly for resolution.
6. Intellectual Property
All custom campaign materials, PDFs, listing summaries, and graphics created by IndustraReach for your business are yours to keep. However, the strategies, frameworks, and software used remain the intellectual property of IndustraReach.
7. Limitation of Liability
IndustraReach makes no guarantees on specific sales outcomes or lead generation results. We offer exposure services designed to increase visibility, but cannot be held liable for actual sales or buyer behavior.
We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or platform limitations outside our control (e.g., ad platforms, third-party sites).
8. Data & Privacy
All client data is handled in accordance with GDPR and applicable privacy laws. We do not share your personal or company data with third parties except as required to deliver the services or comply with legal obligations.
